When our Ultimate Cruising team are putting together cruise packages, forefront in our minds is “What would we like to see included if we were doing this cruise ourselves?” If we were the ones travelling, would we want the stress of getting off an afternoon flight and going directly to join a cruise, hoping like mad that our flight wasn’t delayed - or would we prefer to be relaxed and have a night in port before joining the cruise the next day? Would we really fly all the way to South America to join an Antarctic cruise and fly out immediately afterwards, or would we prefer to include a few days to explore a city that we will likely never have another opportunity to visit?
It’s this thinking that lead us to include our luxury airport transfers. When travelling ourselves, we don’t always like to ask family to take a morning off work to brave the rush hour traffic to take us to the airport, or to pick us up at some ungodly hour on return. Airport parking charges for a couple of weeks is also another cost to factor in to the overall travel budget and quite frankly, we’d prefer to spend that sightseeing or enjoying a nice meal out!
That’s why we include chauffeur driven, luxury car transfers from your home to the airport with the majority of our holiday packages. Your holiday starts the moment you leave your home and doesn’t end until you step back inside on your return. Your driver collects you from your home and drops you at your airline terminal. On return, they’ll meet you in the arrivals hall so there’s no trying to find a taxi (and dreading getting stuck in traffic!) or waiting for shuttles to transport you to your airport parking venue. Instead, you can sit back and relax all the way home.
